This package has been designed for Corporation Events, Quinces or Sweet Sixteen's, Anniversaries, Bridal or Baby Showers, Holiday Party or any other special occasion.

Sit Down Dinner or Buffet Style - Four Hours of full Catering Service.

About the Food:

• Four pre-selected of Hour D'oeuvres options, butler style:

  • Italian Style Homemade Meatballs.

  • Crostini topped with Tomato Bruschetta and fresh Basil.

  • Mini Toast w/ Seafood paste topped with Caviar.

  • Cocktail Ham mini Croquetas.

• One salad Selection: ( Please select one option)

  • Mixed greens and Bits of bacon with Raspberry Vinaigrette.

  • House Salad with homemade Balsamic Vinaigrette.

  • Traditional Caesar Salad w/ homemade dressing and garlic croutons.

  • Mediterranean black olives salad with Vinaigrette.

• Your Choice one Main Dish: (Please select one option)

  • Spanish Paella cooked on site. ( Buffet Style only)

  • Roast Beef au jus accompanied with Cheese Tortellini in Alfredo Sauce, Broccoli florets & Baby Carrots butter sautéed.

  • Pork Loin in Mango or Apricot sauce with Rice Pilaf and Mixed steamed vegetables.

  • Chicken breast fillet in mushroom sauce with Maduros and Gallo pinto.

• Butter bread rolls and Herb butter.

About the Equipment and Tableware:

• One 60' round table per each 10 guests, with a plain White Tablecloth

• One White Samsonite folding Chair per guest

• Coordinating fabric napkins

• Dressed Buffet Table (if apply)

• Coordinating Silverware, China and crystal water glass.

• Paellera (if apply)

About the Staff:

• Professional and uniformed Waiter staff

• Kitchen Staff

• Set-up and Break-down Crew

* Note 7% Florida Sales Tax will be additional.
* 15% of Service Charge will be added to the total price.
* This package requires a minimum of 60 guests.
* Kids under 9 and vendors pay half of price, 10 & up will be charged as regular.
* Any package requires 20% deposit to hold the date.
